| Question 1: What to do when I have a very old proof photo and do not have an electronic version? |
| Answer: All you need to do is to photograph the photo with your phone in such a way that the frontal perspective is preserved, and also do it in such a way that no reflections appear on the photo. |
| Question 2: Can a crystal photo be created from an old photo that also has other people in it? |
| Answer: Of course. We do both cutting out characters from group photos and retouching photos to make them come out as favorably as possible in the case of a crystal photo. All you have to do is send us photographs and specify which character you are interested in. |
| Question 3: Are crystal statuettes resistant to both negative and positive temperatures? |
| Answer: As much as possible. The crystal statutes we produce are completely resistant to all kinds of climatic conditions. Temperatures both negative and positive or moisture do not affect the material of which the statues are made in any way. |
| Question 4: How do we mount crystal statuettes on tombstones? |
| Answer: Depending on the weight of the statue, we recommend various possible locations on the tombstone. Lighter and smaller crystals can be located on a stone shelf attached to a vertical slab. In this case, the crystal should be glued directly to the shelf but away from the vertical plate enough to wash its back wall. For heavier statues, we suggest preparing a stone pedestal situated on a horizontal slab. |
| Question 5: What is eye tracking about? |
| Answer: Eye tracking involves placing the crystal statue in such a way that it stands as if "facing the statue plate". This effect causes pattern tracking, which is a situation in which the pattern of the figure in the crystal follows the person looking into the crystal. If you want to add a dedication and get the effect of eye tracking, it is necessary to indicate this when ordering because the dedication is only legible on one side of the statue. |
| Question 6: Are shipments made outside of Poland? |
| Answer: Yes, we deliver our realizations to the countries of the European Union. |
| Question 7: What is the lead time? |
| Answer: Usually processing takes 3-4 business days while orders with delivery outside Poland take a few days longer. |
| Question 8: Once I place an order, will I receive a visualization of the photo in the chosen crystal? |
| Answer: For each order we send a computer visualization in 2D - we create a three-dimensional only after approval of the visualization. |
| Question 9: I have a stonemasonry company and produce tombstones - can I become a partner and have lower prices? |
